I am no Charleston native, but am about as passionate an enthusiast of Charleston as they come! Like everyone that falls hard for Charleston I am a total foodie, outdoors enthusiast and history nut. When I’m not glued to my phone, showing property, or meeting clients you’ll find me around Charleston paddle boarding, exploring the history/food scene downtown, at one of our numerous dog parks or beachside. My hope is this site allows you to get to know me, my team and what you can expect working with us. While we’re qualified and experienced, our clients become part of our circle and part of our growing Charleston family, so making sure you’ll enjoy working with us is just as important!


MY TEAM

As a part of The Boulevard Company my team operates as a boutique real estate shop serving the greater Charleston Area. With a dedicated broker, agent, marketing experts (for listings) and closing coordinator working in tandem for every transaction allows me to ensure every transaction for every client is seamless. By working efficiently with minimal overhead we can remain client focused doing about 30-40 transactions per year. That’s over 30 people, families or investors I have the honor of helping live and invest in the low country. ​


MY BACKGROUND

I like to think what sets me apart as an agent is I’m not just a career salesmen. Diversification in work background has helped set me apart in assisting clients buy or sell homes. I come from a family of builders. Spending my college summers, while attending Elon University, working and building as a carpenter. I started my professional career in business development for my family firm and helped pull in over $100 million in project value for our commercial construction firm, ER Stuebner Inc. During that time I also worked as an independent marketing consultant for businesses, community organizations and non-profits. Specifically helping with web and digital marketing initiatives. 

While general brokerage is my primary focus, I will also flip homes and hold various investment properties. This unique combination has has allowed me to easily work with buyers, sellers and investors. Whether it’s creating a strategy for marketing a seller’s home, discovering cost savings for buyers during a negotiation or delivering a desired cap rate to an investor, I lean on my experience to serve any and all.
